The Highland Football Academy Trust takes bookings for the use of its facilities within a policy framework established by the Trust’s Board.

The main elements of that policy are:

• Priority to existing customers with regular weekly bookings.
• A structure of peak times and off-peak times, as well as seasonal arrangements for winter (mid September-March) and summer (April-mid September).
• Discounted rates for constituted youth groups.
• Bookings for grass pitches must obtain approval from the Development Manager before they are confirmed.
